Exploring the Dashboard Interface

At the top left, the Unibox shows all messages across conversations, letting you easily manage interactions. Below that, the sidebar includes:

  • User List: Shows all users, leads, and agents.
  • Chatbot Training: Upload files, define Q&A, build flows, and train your chatbot.
  • Articles: Create and manage help articles and categories.
  • Reports: Visualize key data like missed conversations, response times, and user insights.
  • Settings: Control all aspects of Byra including integrations, message behavior, design, and AI.
  • Account: Manage your membership plan, profile, billing, and logout.
